In a time when dismal acts occur, we must think to all of the positivity that surrounds us. On the first International Day of the Girl Child, news of the shooting of Malala Yousafzau was still abuzz but so was the support of people who have worked so hard to advocate for education of underprivileged children. One group of generous supporters showed their solidarity with DIL’s cause by donating $10,000 to girls’ education. Wow!

Womanthology is an anthology graphic novel whose goal is to raise money for charity. DIL is so grateful to have been one of their charities of choice and would like to extend our deepest, most sincerest thank yous for the kindness and generous donation.
