Getting to the Finish Line
DIL students have only a 3.9% dropout rate (compared with 41% national average).
90% of DIL students complete their primary school education (compared with only 60% national average).
89% of DIL students make the transition to higher/tertiary education (compared with only 9% national average, which is the figure calculated by the World Bank as of 2018).
The Value of Training
Our teachers receive 80 hours of training annually.
As of the end of 2023, almost 18,000 DIL primary teachers, middle grade teachers, and principals have received training. In the government schools adopted by DIL, more than 5,000 teachers and principals have been trained.
